This Cookie Policy explains which cookies the tdsoft.com.br website uses, why, for how long, and how you control your choice. It supplements the Privacy Policy of TDS Tecnologia e Desenvolvimento de Software Ltda. (TDSoft).

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser to remember information between pages or visits. Similar technologies, such as pixels and measurement scripts, are treated the same way here. Some cookies are set by the website itself (first-party); others are set by third-party services such as Google and Meta.

  • Analytics: show how many people visit the website and how they use it, so we can improve the content. Only with your consent.

The contact form's bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile), when enabled, is part of the website's security and does not depend on your cookie choice. The technical data it processes is described in the Privacy Policy.

Visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics use no cookies or browser storage and do not identify visitors, so they are not listed in the categories below and do not depend on your choice. See the Privacy Policy for details.

We review this list whenever the website's measurement setup changes. When the list changes, the version of this policy is updated and the website asks for your choice again.

The website chat (Chatwoot) only loads when you click the chat button. Since it is a service you ask for, its cookies are necessary for the conversation to work and do not depend on your choice in the cookie notice; if you never open the chat, they are not set. The chat window also uses Chatwoot's own storage in your browser, which you can clear in your browser settings.

Nothing loads before you choose

The website uses Google Consent Mode v2. Until you decide, no analytics or marketing scripts are loaded and no cookies in those categories are set. After you choose:

  • if you accept analytics only, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics with ad storage denied;
  • if you accept marketing, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel and Mautic tracking are enabled as well;
  • if you decline optional cookies, only the tds_consentimento cookie is set.

How to change or withdraw your choice

Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page. When you withdraw consent, the website deletes the Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and Mautic cookies it can access and reloads the page to stop the scripts. Cookies from other domains may need to be deleted in your browser.

Your choice is valid for 180 days or until the next version of this policy; after that, the website asks again.

How to block cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (usually under "Privacy" or "Cookies and site data"). See your browser's help pages, such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. If you block all cookies, the website still works, but your choice will not be remembered and the cookie notice will appear on every visit.
